- Prep has the option to make requests

Commercial and Residential
- Commercial – Provide digital photos required to cover the full floor/floors
- Residential – Property Includes Unfinished Basement & Garage.
- Take insurance claim photos

$300/ 2000 sq ft for commercial property.
$200 / per residential property under 3000 sq ft (+$100 per extra floor.)
$300 / per residential property over 3000 sq ft (+$150 per extra floor)
